KDC Associates designed an interactive plaza set in a downtown urban setting.  This plaza will serve as the "downtown heart" of the community.  Featuring a heavily illuminated fountain that also serves as a water play feature for visitors, the plaza reflects the hills and rocky outcrops of the surrounding area and has numerous shaded areas for formal and informal events.
