Funded by the FMH Foundation, the Courtyard at Manor Park Retirement Village in Midland is a .65 acre outdoor therapy and leisure area intended for residents of all physical abilities.  Enclosed on all sides by a variety of level of care facilities, the courtyard features extensive stretched canvas shade awnings, outdoor cooking and entertaining areas with grills, bars, and leisure seating, a large putting green, therapy equipment, elevated and ADA compatible garden plots, and an outdoor childcare play and interaction area for 2-5 year olds attending a unique childcare facility within the retirement village.  Located within one of the premiere retirement communities in West Texas and the South Plains, the project is currently under construction with a completion date of late 2020.
